Rocko is an adorable four year old dog! Rocko is a social butterfly! This 12 pound cutie loves everyone he meets and becomes an instant best friend to everyone. Rocko is fostered with dogs of all shapes and sizes, and just like people, he loves all dogs, too. Rocko is a happy little man that hopes to find an approved adopter in Wisconsin.
