Andrew has the sweetest soulful eyes and the kindest personality to match. Found as a stray in Texas, he quickly settled into a foster home filled with dogs and fit right in with everyone. At about two years old and 20 pounds, Andrew is loving life as an indoor dog, but he also loves spending time outdoors soaking up the sunshine in a fenced yard. He is truly the perfect dog just waiting for the perfect person. He arrives in Wisconsin this weekend and would love an approved adopter!
