Boon

Boon was originally adopted from us nine years ago by a woman who deeply loves and cares for her. Recently, Boon's mom had some health setbacks and made the heartbreaking decision to ask us for help.

Boon doesn't bark, like not at all, ever. She has perfect house manners, likes to be near her person, enjoys a nice walk and plays with foster siblings. She sleeps in bed with her foster and really loves a good nap. She plays with her green pillow and loves food. She's great with dogs and cats. She looooves neck scratches.

Boon is now 16 years old and around 30 pounds. She's on a special diet for her kidneys. She walks a little slower than the other dogs, but she's always part of the action.

Boon is looking for the loving retirement home her mother wished she could have maintained for her.
