Chiquita, affectionately called “Honey” by her foster is quite possibly the sweetest little girl. She is a petite little pug who hasn’t had the easiest life, but you wouldn’t know it from her personality! She is great with other dogs, perfectly housetrained, and loves everyone she meets!
