Rascal - ADOPTED

My name is Racal and I am excited to travel to Wisconsin on 9/12 .  I am approximately 7 years old   and weigh about 18 lbs.  I was surrendered with my friend Winifred to the shelter when my owner could no longer care for us. We both went to a foster home in Houston.  Both of us tested positively for heartworms so we had to go through treatment in Texas.  We have completed treatment and are ready to move to our new homes.  I am fostered with dogs of all shapes and sizes.  I really like to play and sleep in the bed with my foster parents.  I love to snuggle!
