Otter is an all around great little dog! He loves playing with toys and he particularly enjoys when he can play a game of tug-of-war. He loves to go on car rides. He is a more active fellow and likes to run around with other dogs. Otter is described as a social butterfly who is lap loving. He especially likes to snuggle up with you on the bed. He has done well with big dogs and little dogs and enjoys the company of older children, women, and men. Otter has not been around young children or cats in his foster home. The vet estimates that Otter is 10 months old and weighs 12 pounds and he could be some kind of terrier mix.
