Iris is a sweet 3-year-old beagle who loves being close to her people. Whether she’s curled up in your lap, napping beside you, or cuddling with another dog, she’s happiest when she feels safe and loved. She’s already working hard at potty training and is learning about life in a home, including leash walking and basic cues. She does so much better when she has another dog by her side, plus when treats are involved. Iris can be shy with new experiences and loud noises, but other dogs help boost her confidence, and she enjoys their company and playtime. She would thrive in a calm, patient, and nurturing home with a secure fenced yard, and with another friendly dog to help her continue building confidence.
