Chowder is a super sweet four-month-old mixed breed, who is the last puppy left of the soup litter. He has the loveliest personality. His mom, Dumpling, was also already adopted and only weighs 11 pounds. We were told the dad was less than 20 pounds, so he should remain a smaller dog. Chowder currently weighs about eight pounds. In addition to being super sweet, he is also very smart. He loves to play with other dogs, is crate trained, and is doing well with housetraining on a schedule. He is a curious, cute, and cuddly pup!
