Howard is proof of that! Not yet listed on our site, but ready to capture your heart, Howard is 70 pounds of love. He adores tiny dogs and big dogs alike, large couches, and schmoozing at parties. He redefines the term “lap-dog”, and dares you to resist his neck rolls. He thinks cats are terrible and should not exist in his presence. Kids are good and the food they drop is even better.
