Update on Dolly!

We wanted to take the time to thank all of Dolly's supporters. She has been through so much since she was hit by a car on June 12th. After spending a week at the UW Vet Clinic, she is now in a foster home where she is recovering and receiving multiple physical therapy sessions every day. Dolly hopes to get adopted too! We have received many generous donations during this time to help cover her medical costs. We are well over half our goal and are continuing to fund raise and collect donations to finish paying for Dolly's surgery and for future follow-up appointments.

Here are some upcoming ways that you can donate towards Dolly:
This Thursday, Jefferson's Summer "Concerts in the Park" Series is featuring an Irish Band and all tips collected from beer sales will go towards Dolly's medical care. http://jeffersonlivemusic.com/?page_id=7

This Saturday, we will have a booth at the Fort Farmer's market selling a variety of items such as homemade dog treats and other handmade crafts. All money made from the sales will go directly towards Dolly's vet bills.
You may also donate online https://goo.gl/k7emrH

Thank you for your continued support!

Please Help Support Dolly!

We wanted to share another update with our Paddy's Paws' family about sweet little, Dolly.
Sunday afternoon Dolly was hit by a car and suffered a serious injury. She is still at the UW Vet Clinic in Madison where a great team of vets is taking care of her. We are following their recommendations of doing an MRI and a CAT scan prior to surgery because they want to make sure they know exactly what they're working with before they begin the surgery. This has raised our vet bill by an additional $1,600, (total will be around $6,000) but we know Dolly is worth it. She is a part of the Paddy's Paws' family and we will do whatever is best for her.
We need your help. Can you please share Dolly's story and consider donating? We are close to 5,000 likes on our Facebook page. If everyone could pitch in $1, we would be able to pay for her entire surgery. You may donate by clicking the "Donate Now" button on the top of our Facebook page. As we are a non-profit organization, all donations are tax-deductible.
We are so thankful to everyone who has donated so far and are hoping you can help us raise the much needed funds to help Dolly. Thank you!

Meet Lucy

Meet Miss Lucy! She is a darling girl who was found as a stray in Houston. She weighs approximately 40lbs and is a schnauzer mix. She has very expressive eyebrows! In her foster home, she was initially shy, but with time her personality shines. Lucy loves to squirrel watch in the backyard and spend time exploring outside. Lucy prefers to not engage in rough house play with other dogs and would prefer a calm, peaceful home environment. She loves to have her belly rubbed and is loving and sweet.

Please consider giving Lucy a chance! She has been in a foster home patiently waiting for the right adopter to come along.
