Lab Mix Puppies Available for Adoption

These six puppies are headed to Wisconsin next weekend. So far three of the nine siblings have approved adopters and the remaining six, who are pictured, would love to have adopters waiting to meet them too.

Pictured: (top left, large photo): Patrick, (top right, small photo): Simon, Kimble has the red/white collar ( bottom from left to right): Johnny, Grace, and Owen
At the time of travel, the puppies will be 9 weeks old. They are believed to be a lab mix(possibly boxer mix too?) as their mother is a yellow lab mix who has been described as sweet and very friendly. Her pups have the same great demeanor! All of the pups are super friendly and love toys. We do think they will be bigger dogs as the pups already weigh between 6-8 pounds at 8 weeks of age. All of the pups are curious, playful, and very affectionate. They have done great with other dogs, cats, and kids of varying ages. They are super cute and very healthy.

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit and a meet and greet. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.
A spay/neuter contract is required.

Meet Printiss!

Printiss is traveling to Wisconsin on May 8th and would love to have a family waiting to meet her!
Printiss is a sweetheart of a dog who is housetrained, crate trained, very smart, and has shown interest in swimming. She is estimated to be about two years old. She is so very sweet and loving. Printiss enjoys a good chew toy. In her foster home, she has had no accidents in house. She loves to be petted and will crawl into your lap if you let her. Printiss has done well with children. Printiss had not been cat-tested yet, but her foster shared that Printiss is a very compliant girl and has never shown anything resembling aggression or having a prey instinct. She has shown no interest in chasing the squirrels in her foster's backyard. Her foster repeatedly said that she is very, very sweet. Printiss has a beautiful brindle coat and does not shed.

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit and a meet and greet. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.

Meet Stella!

Please review the process and read Stella's biography before filling out an application or sending an inquiry!
Stella is arriving on 5/8/2016 and would love to have a family waiting for her!

Stella is approximately 18 months old. She is a high energy dog that loves attention. She would be great with older kids, but not with younger ones because of her size and strength when playing. She loves having people around her to play with! She lives with another dog and does well, so she could live with other dogs, or be the one and only for someone! She is very loyal and loving dog and is protective of those she is around. Stella is both crate trained and house broken. She sleeps in her crate at night, and stays in the crate if her foster is going to be gone for extended periods of time.

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit and a meet and greet. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.

Meet Campbell!

Poor Campbell is the last one to get adopted of his siblings. His two sisters were adopted this past weekend and he is hoping his forever family it out there looking for him.
Campbell is very social and playful. He is as sweet as can be! The rescue thinks that he may be some kind of small breed terrier mix and will be smaller in size like around 10 lbs. He is a typical puppy and has done great with other dogs and with potty training. He is up-to-date on all of his shots too. Due to his smaller size, we are recommending that he goes to a home with older children.

Meet Harold!

Harold is already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs. Harold is a great little guy, who is about 5 years old. He is a terrier/wire-haired doxie mix with the cutest overbite! He gets along well with other dogs his size (he has not been around big dogs). He is a gentle soul and overall a super chill loveable fella. Harold does fine with older children, but because of his size, we are recommending no small children. Harold also does great in a crate, but would much rather hang out on the couch and be a lap dog.

Meet Xena!

Xena was abandoned on the streets and was found roaming near the Houston Astro's baseball stadium. This time around, she would love a family who wants her forever.
Xena is a sweet as they come! She is a 13 week old shepherd mix. She does well with other dogs and children. She loves to run and play and is very loving. Xena has been doing great with potty training! She is currently living in a foster home in Madison, Wisconsin.

Meet Jacques!

Hi! My name is Jacques. I am currently living in a foster home in Fort Atkinson. I would love to have a family adopt me. Please read my entire biography for all the information the rescuers have about me and how to adopt me!
Jacques was rescued from a horrible situation in a puppy mill and is now living in a loving foster home. Jacques is super sweet and has a very gentle soul! As he is more quiet and reserved, he does need time to feel comfortable before he can show his personality and feel safe in his surroundings. Jacques prefers a quiet, calm environment where he can just relax in peace. He enjoys taking naps and curling up in your lap. As Jacques is not a fan of loud noises or sudden movement, a home with older children or adults-only would be the perfect spot for him. He is not aggressive at all, instead he just gets frightened and cowers if he is surprised.
Jacques is crate trained and is doing well with his potty training. He would probably benefit from having a fenced yard as he prefers to go to the bathroom off-leash. Jacques does fine with being in the company of other dogs but prefers to not engage in rough house play with them. He likes to watch from the sidelines instead. Jacques does not live with cats, but when he was around one, he didn't pay it much attention at all. Jacques does great on a leash and likes to go on slow, leisurely walks. He would love to have an adopter who is very patient and willing to take their time with him. He weighs approximately 15 pounds and is six years old.

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit and a meet and greet. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered.
Adoption fee is $250.

Meet Hercules!

Hercules is coming to Wisconsin this weekend and would love to find a forever home!
Hercules lives up to his name. He is the strong, silent type. He loves his toys and to run and play outside. Hercules is one of those dogs that loves to get loving but he is also completely content to lay on the floor at your feet. He is doing really well with house training and gets along well with other dogs and kids. This sweetheart is estimated to be about 13 weeks old and is going to be a big dog. He is a bull terrier mix.

Meet Gator!

Hi! My name is Gator. I am currently living in a foster home in Fort Atkinson. I would love to have a family adopt me. Please read my entire biography for all the information the rescuers have about me and how to adopt me!!
Gator is about two years old and weighs approximately 17lbs. For his health, it would be beneficial for him to lose a few pounds which is foster is currently helping him with. He is built like a dachshund. He has stubby little legs and he is not very high off the ground. He has lived with dogs of all sizes and cats. Gator is totally potty trained and can signal when he needs to go out to use the bathroom. He likes to play with toys and other dogs. He's very, very affectionate and is loving to all.

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit and a meet and greet. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered.
Adoption fee is $250.

Meet Spencer!

Hi! My name is Spencer and I am a pug mix! I am currently living in a foster home in Fort Atkinson and would love to find a forever home soon.
Please read my entire biography for all the information the rescuers have about me and how to adopt me!
Spencer was found as a stray in Pasadena, TX. He was wandering around for a few days before he was rescued. He is about a year old and is a very loving and friendly dog! He has shown no aggression with other dogs and his personality would indicate he could be good with children (his foster home only has adults). He likes to be close to you or underneath the covers at night.. He loves car rides!! He jumps right in when you open the door. He knows when it’s time to relax and knows when it’s time to play. He also loves giving you kisses and receiving treats too! It’s not hard to fall in love with his cute squishy face and his snaggle teeth!

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit and a meet and greet. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.

Meet Gypsy Rose!

Hi! My name is Gypsy Rose! I am living in a foster home in the Madison area and would love to find a forever home soon.
Please read my entire biography for all the information the rescuers have about me and how to adopt me!
Gypsy Rose is as sweet as can be! She is a 9-10 month old black lab mix. Her Houston foster described her as an exceptionally good dog and shared that Gypsy Rose has excellent house manners and is completely house trained. She even leaves her out all day and returns to find that everything is exactly how she left it. She is a great dog who loves to play and gets along well with other dogs. She is a happy dog who deserves a chance at a forever home.

Meet Otter!

Otter wants to know how you can not fall in love with a face like his? Otter is patiently waiting for an adopter to come along and provide him with a loving, forever home. Could you help him find his happy ever after?
Otter is an all around great little dog! He loves playing with toys and he particularly enjoys when he can play a game of tug-of-war. He loves to go on car rides. He is a more active fellow and likes to run around with other dogs. Otter is described as a social butterfly who is lap loving. He especially likes to snuggle up with you on the bed. He has done well with big dogs and little dogs and enjoys the company of older children, women, and men. Otter has not been around young children or cats in his foster home. The vet estimates that Otter is 10 months old and weighs 12 pounds and he could be some kind of terrier mix.
